How can I update contacts within the contact list and make them sync with the CX Dashboard? | XM Community

Hi There, 

 

When the project was already started and contacts have already filled in the surveys, we noticed that we missed a filter. I now want to edit the contact list and add the correct filter, the only issue from previous experience is that the contact list/directory is not being updated within the CX dashboard.

 

I know that the finished respondents can be easily updated within the survey, but I want to edit the contact list within the directory so that I can do a proper count on the total amount of invited respondents.


Was someone able to export the contact list, import it with the updated fields and see that updated data within the response table that also shows total amount of invited respondents? In an already built CX dashboard, where the funnel is already connected? Understand that we have the specific fields that I've updated configured within the respondent data directory settings.

 

Qualtrics seems to be very unstable or not compliant when it comes to updating contact list entries as soon as the project is already running.
