Problem with conjoint clustering | XM Community

Hello everybody,

I'm having issues with the results obtained from the Conjoint Analysis tool. I've received the responses I needed, and now I'm interested in exploring the clusters provided by the analysis. The problem is that by default it includes all available variables for segmentation, but I don't want it to do that. Even when deselecting cases, the analysis results don't change. Moreover, it seems that Qualtrics always returns only two clusters, as I've found from examples online. I know there's a section for building segments, but I'm not sure if they are significant or if there are other KPIs to evaluate. Also, I want to add age as a discriminator, but Qualtrics doesn't allow me to do that. Even downloading the raw responses, it seems impossible to analyze the data with SPSS, since the chosen levels are expressed in 5 different columns. Does anyone know how to solve this issue or how to download the data in a way that allows analysis with SPSS?

It’s for my thesis, thanks
