We use the Zendesk ticketing system for user tickets. One of the fields we collect is "Reason for Contact" "Government reason for contact" and more depending on the GTM.
I am trying to add a chart on our dashboard showing the main ticket drivers/reason for contact but I cannot find how to display it even though we have the options selected in our workflow.
When I visit our Dashboard Data I cannot find a way to map the "Reason for Contact"
Any ideas on how to set this up on our dashboard?

To do this you need to include a webservice task to update the responses of respondents embedded data. Post updating in the directory.
