I'm a new Qualtrics admin for my org and working off surveys that were previously built that they do not want to change any metadata on going forward. There are 3 "ServiceModels" but they only labeled 2 of them - so their display logic and such is ServiceModel equals A, or ServiceModel equals B, and instead of having a "C" it's just mapped as ServiceModel does not equal A or B.
I'm trying to figure out how to add that filter onto a widget as I only want to show the NPS score filter for those who are not ServiceModel A or B, I've tried leaving it blank, (), and "" all to no results. *I do not want to apply a whole page filter. Thoughts?

Hope it helps!
