Welcome to Onboarding Office Hours, a streamlined support session designed to help new Qualtrics users get set up quickly and confidently. This refreshed format blends on-demand training videos with a live 30-minute Q&A session, giving you the flexibility to learn at your own pace while still getting real-time help from our experts.
Before the live session, we encourage you to watch the two short on-demand videos available directly in the event lobby* under “Videos”:

These videos cover the full product walkthrough and initial setup steps so you can come prepared with questions and make the most of your time during the live event.
*Register for one of the upcoming sessions → receive confirmation email → click “Join” to enter the event Lobby → click on “Videos” at the top of your page or in the page menu → watch the two provided videos
What to expect in the Live Session:
- Welcome & Intro (2–3 min): Your host will introduce the session format and explain how to participate in the live Q&A.
- Resource Walkthrough (5–10 min): A brief tour of key onboarding resources, including your Customer Success Hub, Basecamp, and other tools to help you get started quickly.
- Live Q&A (15–20 min): The main event. Ask us anything about onboarding, setup, or navigating Qualtrics.
