Back in January, we kicked off the year with Level Up 2026, where many of you shared a skill, certification, habit, or goal you were committing to for the year. We're halfway through 2026, time for an honest check-in!

Task: Tell us how it's going.

If you posted in January or forgot to but still set goals/resolutions:

  • Did you stick with it, pivot, or completely abandon ship (no judgment!)?

  • What surprised you along the way? Share any achievements (big or small) towards your ultimate goal!

  • What's your plan for the second half of the year?

If you didn't commit to a goal in January (or weren't part of the community yet), this is your chance to jump in:

  • Pick a goal, skill, or habit you want to commit to for the rest of 2026 and share it now. Better late than never, the back half of the year counts too!

Whether you're celebrating progress, taking a pause, or starting fresh today, every check-in helps keep us accountable together.

During the first week of each month, we will post a new question, topic, or activity for you to connect with the community and earn a badge. All community members who contribute a thoughtful comment to this month's discussion, between July 1 and July 31, will receive this badge worth 50 points by the end of the month.

Greetings XM Community,

I honestly had to go back and check my original January post on finding an authentic self and trying some new projects.  It’s still a work in progress but I don’t see that as a negative, as I expected this was going to be an ongoing process.

I did make a summer “bucket list” of things I wanted to do, which I’ve happily started to check a few things off, such as starting my summer reading program.

On the professional front, taking a summer class for grad school and finally got the room and paperwork completed for my newest Qualtrics training taking place in the fall.

Sounds like progress to me! Let us know if there’s anything we can assist with for your Qualtrics training!
