Topic: WhatsApp Distributions
Earlier this week, the Getting Started Mondays post highlighted the importance of SMS Distributions, today we look at a similar distribution method that utilizes the popular messaging app WhatsApp.
The three question types supported on this 2-way WhatsApp method are NPS, Single Answer Multiple Choice, and Text Entry. Respondents who receive these messages can respond with replies that consent to take the survey, stop messages from this survey, or unsubscribe them from the mailing list.
Due to their increased security of end-to-end encryption and ability to communicate via cellular or through WiFi, this app is used instead of SMS. Start reaching a wider international audience today by distributing your surveys via WhatsApp!
