Can I change the email associated with an acount?

Hi,
I've searched all over and reached out to a few Qualtrics reps. but nobody seems to be able to help me. Does anyone know if it's possible to change the email address associated with my account?

Hi atradonsky! I'm not seeing any tickets filed with our Support team just yet! To get in contact with them, you'll want to login to our Support Portal here. Otherwise, a Brand Administrator should be able to update your email address via the Admin settings in their account!

Your Brand Administrator should be able to do this through the Admin section.

Seems odd that Qualtrics reps couldn't point you in the right direction. If your account is part of an organization account, then, as Annalee said, your org's brand admin should be able to do this. If you have a standalone account, however, I'm not sure what the process would be.

LaurenK - can you please contract me directly for help here? I did not previously have a paid account, as I was hoping to confirm that ownership could be changed before opting in and providing payment details. I was informed by my sales rep. that once I provided payment details that I would be able to change the username associated with the account. I have now provided that information, but still seem unable to file a support ticket or contact a brand admin (the Support Portal link provided above sends me to an error404 page). Can you advise me how to go about changing the username/email associated with the account?

Hi atradonsky - thanks for the tag! Once you upgrade, you should see an Admin tab appear in the upper right corner of your account. If you do not see this Admin tab, you'll want to reach out to a Product Specialist via the Support Portal linked here. If you do see the Admin tab, you can go ahead and update your user information by following the steps outlined here!
