Hi everyone,

Newbie to the community and to Qualtrics. I am the Learning and Performance Evaluation Manager at a Caribbean based Financial Services Organization. Still exploring Qualtrics and use it primarily to create surveys to evaluate training along with the KirkPatrick methodology.

Welcome, @PaulieArthur 🎉 We are so glad you’re here! There are lots of resources to explore here on the XM Community, and of course you’re always welcome to post questions for your peers. Feel free to let me or @AlonsoC know if you have questions about the XM Community!

Hi, everyone. I run our patient experience data/insights team for Indiana University Health. We started our Qualtrics partnership in early 2024 and are in the middle of launching our overhauled patient experience platform, surveying, and insights dashboards. I’m really excited about the new capabilities we’re bringing to help our patients and our team members. Lots to learn, thanks for the community.

Hi everyone!

I’m Ben and I work for the City of Ottawa, Canada. Our organization is new to Qualtrics, and I am the business lead for this initiative.

As a local government, we have a huge range of services that we offer. For a data strategist like me, this makes it a very interesting place to work! There are many different types of data, collected in many different ways, about many different things that we get to work with.

But…. being such a big organization with such a broad and diverse mandate, also means that data governance can be challenging. With Qualtrics, we will have many different staff, in different departments, who have very different sorts of operations that they’re responsible for, building surveys for very different audiences. I know that coordinating all of these surveys and ensuring that we uphold our corporate standards across all of them, will not be an easy job!

I am interested in hearing from other Qualtrics users who work in very big organizations like mine (especially other local governments). Any advice you can offer will be much appreciated! 😀

Hello!

Right now it is how to integrate Flatpickr in to Qualtrics. I know next to nothing of JavaScript, so any guidance on where to learn would be appreciated.

Hi All, It’s good to meet everyone. I’ve been working with Qualtrics for several years while working in nonprofit and/or academic positions. Most of the surveys I’ve programmed on the relatively simple side, but I’ve recently started to use to Javascript to format input boxes and question text, and using math functions with embedded data. I’ve been having trouble with the JS, which I think is related to its compatibility with the new survey taking experience, but I’ll post about that separately.

Hi Community! My name is Anastasia. It is just one year and some months that I changed my career path, and I’m now working at a large company as a Customer Experience Insights Analyst. I love digging into datasets, finding meaningful relationships, and turning feedback into actionable insights.

I've been working with Qualtrics for some time now, but only recently started to realize its full potential. I'm excited to deepen my skills with the platform and use it to elevate my work—so you’ll definitely be seeing more of me around here in the coming weeks! 💫

Hello all! I’m fairly new to my organization, CHRISTUS Health. I’m the Patient Experience Coordinator at our corporate office in Texas. I was previously a Quality Analyst for an ACO and found I have a passion for quality and data. I love being able to dive in and provide insights to help use our data to drive change. I have only been working with Qualtrics for a short period of time, but it’s really helped us streamline our PX Program and increase engagement with our leadership. I am currently Qualtrics Platform Essentials Certified and can’t wait to complete the expert certifications.

Hello everyone,

My name is Roman and I’m new to the Qualtrics community, although I’ve been lurking around for a while.

I’m an IT Consultant and also fairly new to Qualtrics in general, though I’ve scratched the surface of experience-related topics before – mainly delivering complex IT solutions for retail where significant parts of the solutions also interacted with customers/consumers.

Now, as the IT owner of Qualtrics products in our company, my role is a bit different. I’m mostly responsible for the technical side, but I find myself juggling everything from "this is how it works", through "please don’t do this", to "you can’t ask that in a survey!"

I’m hoping this community can help me with answers, solutions, and best practices, and I look forward to contributing myself in the future.

Cheers!

Hello!
I am the Director of Claims Experience at Farm Bureau Insurance Company of Idaho.  I’ve been with Farm Bureau for 11 years, but only in the claims world for just 1 ½ years.  We have recently expanded into Washington and have some exciting initiatives in the works. I look forward to learning more about all the great things that Qualtrics can do to break down the data we’re gathering.
