I have a doozy--3 advanced needs of a side-by-side question type. If you can answer any, even if not all, that would be much appreciated!
I need to accomplish the following:

1. (Green) Allow text entry for the column headers. Participants should be able to type in answers where it says "Criteria 1",..., "Criteria 4".


2. (Red) Constant sum. Add a column that reports the row sums.


3. Note: If this absolutely cannot be accomplished, I can create a table below that simply reports the selected answers as well as the constant sum, as long as that updates dynamically as participants change their answers. This is fine though not ideal.


4. (Yellow) Select the 3 highest aggregate scores and display them, in order.


5. Note: In case it changes things, the original list of Competitors (Acme, Smith Corp, etc) that populates the list of Competitors is Piped Text from a previous page on which participants list between 2 and 10 competitors.


6. Related (4th?!) question: In a separate side-by-side question, participants will simply (a) list several employees, and (b) score them using a drop-down (from -5 to +5). Below that, I need to display a table like the yellow box above. I'm assuming the solution to #3 will also apply to this #4, even though #4 is based on a single response not a sum (as with #3)?
