Change position of Authenticator field?

Is there a way to move the position of the Authenticator input box. Or alternatively to put a second message below the box?

We'd like to have the main authenticator message, then the input box, then a second part of the message. Basically first message is instructions and the second has some contact info if the user has questions and we'd like to put it below the input field. I've considered using css or jquery to move it around, but concerned about accessibility or responsiveness issues.
