Highlight Question- Default choice

Hello community,
I have a Highlight Question and need to have one of the highlight categories be the default. Unfortunately, I don't see the "Default choice" as an option under the "Question Behavior" column. Is there a way to get default through JS?

Here's an example. I need the teacher to score each individual syllable of each word but I don't want them to spend time clicking the 'correct' category since more often than not, it will be correct. It would be a time saver if it was assumed 'correct' unless they clicked one of the different categories. I tried getting at this using the HotSpot type of question but it doesn't allow me to add more than 2 clicks and I need all 4 categories.

Please help!!! I would greatly appreciate it!
