Hi there. I wanted to show my respondents a summary of the survey questions and the responses they gave, together with the option to edit these before they click submit. I have managed to do this for relatively simple multiple choice questions, following the discussion here: 

I am however struggling to implement this for a side-by-side question that is part of my survey. The question looks as follows:

I have tried to implement the JS code mentioned in the thread above, but to no avail. I imagine that, this being a SBS question instead of a simpler multiple choice, I would need to amend the JS code somewhat. However I am a real beginner to JS so I am not really sure how to do this… Can somebody help with this?
