How to carry forward the value from a matrix table to the next question (matrix table) and become its default value?

Hi all. I have 2 questions and both are matrix table. Q1 is about the main services categories and let responant to give points say 1-5 and N/A. Q2 is the sub-categories of the main services and also let people to rate points. For example, in Q1, have several main services listed in matrix tables like Network; Helpdesk etc and each item people can rate 1 to 5 or N/A. in Q2, it is the sub services which related to the main services say WiFi, LAN, VPN etc for the main services “Network”. If responant rated 2 for Network in Q1, how to make this value “2” to become the default value of all statement (WiFi, LAN, VPN) in Q2? I hope you can imagine what I am talking about. thank you.

setting the default value is very straight forward. But if you have multiple categories that is where it gets tricky. If you can, split each category of into separate blocks/question then its possible.
