The survey design has two parts. In part 1, participants will see 48 images presented randomly and respond if the image is either 'indoor' or 'outdoor'. In part 2 participants will be presented with 144 images (the 48 from part 1; 48 similar to those in part 1; & 48 new) and be asked to rate each image in part 2 as either Old, Similar, or New.
I need to set constraints so that no more than 3 images from either category are presented in a row and that all 144 images are presented only once.
How can I do this? I have tried using the randomiser and grouping but it will only present one group at a time and not select randomly from the three groups.
