Is there a way to adjust the container width of the bipolar scale points?

I am trying to create a bipolar question like the below:
image.pngimage.pngIs there a way I could adjust the width of the descriptor containers so they take up the same amount of space on both ends?
If possible to do as a slider question, that would be preferable, but I tried the method suggested here Turning a slider into bipolar — Qualtrics Community and because of the long descriptors, it flowed down to the next line and became rather messy.
