Launch survey after some time from event trigerred

Hi community,

I have a question regarding triggering a survey: is it possible using qualtrics built in tools to launch a survey in e.g. 15 sec after a certain on-page event is triggered?
If it's not possible, could you please advise the most efficient way to do it?
E.g.: User goes to page A, after 30 sec he starts filling in the form F (event triggered). And I want a survey to pop-up in 15 sec after this event.
