Removing Authenticator label and set Placeholder for the textbox instead

Hi All,
I am posting this to share with everyone an idea of changing and replace the label of an Authenticator with the textbox placeholder which might be useful for others..
Simply, we try to hide the default label span and replace it instead with a placeholder text description inside the textbox of the Authenticator.
Below code illustrate the entire functions/events that are required. This code should be placed in the Look&Feel section..


Result will remove the label of Authenticator textbox as well as setting a placeholder to appear always as long as the cursor is not focused on the textbox.
Once the survey is loaded and textbox is empty:
