Hello.
I want to know how to incorporate the Table of Content with other Matrix table questions in the same page. The example is as followed. 

Please making the investment decision. You may review the previous financial information if you wish. (Link to the previous two pages in the questionnaire, participants can click them to review)

• Balance Sheet Report


• Income Statement Report

Then answer the question:
How likely would you be to purchase this stock?

The function I would like to accomplish is that when participants answer the decision questions, they can go back to review the previous several pages, that means I would like to include a Table of Content or the navigation menu in the same page with the Matrix table questions. I tried to use the Table of Content, but I didn't know how to put some additional questions in the same page with the Table of Content. Thank you very much.
