What is the appropriate user role to give for someone in the employee experience license/product to own and run their own surveys without being able to see other people's live surveys or any sensitive information?

Hi!
A standard qualtrics account can help you with that. Users can only see projects created by them or shared to them. Admins can access anyone's account, and with that see all projects, but from the creator user. You will have to review the contacts page permission to see how much you can share with the user creating projects.
