hi all! I have a draft survey that has not been published yet. My manager cannot access the “preview” link that I have shared with him. I am not sure why, I tested with a coworker that has no use of Qualtrics and they were able to access the preview. Not sure what to advise the manager to do.

Did you change the visibility of the preview?

You can try to get your manager to access the link on an incognitive mode / Inprivate window of a browser.

I agree with ​@Chee Heng_SZ , you can also have them clear out their cookies and cache.  I had a problem with a preview survey not working because of that.

From Share Preview, you need to make sure the link visibility permissions is “Public”, and then click “Save”.

I’ve forgotten to click “Save” a few times and tried sharing it, only for the recipient to report they cannot access it.
