It says to contact admin to enable Org Hierarchy Filter. What are the steps to be done by Admin to enable Org Hierarchy Filter to the role based users?

@Siva Sai CX Hierarchies are only available to CX licenses with ticketing included. If you want to know the steps to be done by the Admin to enable the Org Hierarchy filter to the role-based users. I would suggest each out to your respective account executive and they will do the needful.

 

 

 

 

 

 


Thanks @Shobhit I am here looking towards EX Org Hierarchy. Fount out that I should use while restricting data in the roles and then would be able ot enable. Any other way in regards to EX Org Hierarchies?


@Siva Sai  For EX Hierarchy to function, you need some responses, only after which it displays data in the org hierarchy filter and will stop showing you the warning.


Hi Aanurag, Yes we have the responses but the error is gone after we had used org hierarchy for the dashboard restrictions for the roles.

If you are encountering an error with the org hierarchy filter, it may be due to the following reasons:

  • When you update participant information, such as hierarchy details for participants, and have not updated all responses with metadata options.
  • If a hierarchy has been deleted and added, but not properly configured in the respective roles and permissions.
  • In some cases, after making these updates, you may still experience issues. In such situations, refreshing the account can help resolve the problem.
