Hi everyone,
I’m currently working on building an Employee Experience (EX) program that includes an integration with SAP SuccessFactors (SSFF). Some of the data we need comes from Employee Central (EC), and for that, we’re using the native Qualtrics plug-in.
However, we also need to bring in information from other SSFF modules (such as Benefits, Learning, etc.). I believe we might need to use the API integration for this, but I’m not completely sure if there are any risks or limitations with that approach — or if there’s a simpler way to achieve it.
Has anyone here tried integrating these additional modules into Qualtrics before?
I’d love to hear about your experience or any best practices for handling this type of setup.
