Align Form Field to Top Row of Text (Not Middle)

ms1843 - The CSS code for the layout that you are using is somewhat tricky. If your objective is to make the form look better, have you tried the Modern Layout? It works well with the form question type.

Thank you for your reply Mishraji -- I do not see the Modern Layout option for the form field question type. Where is this option?

Would this adversely affect the formatting of other question types or survey formatting? I have applied that look and feel and testing now, just a bit warry to make this change to the whole survey for one question to look better.
