At our university of appliet sience, our researchers want to collaborate with outside researchers. Now this is possible, which is nice. 
Only these external get access to our joint library. For this, we would like to perform checks if these external users still need access to our Qualtrics environment. 

Qualtrics indicates that there is no possibility to run a report in which the external user and the project (or person who invited the user) to which the linked is out. 

It is only possible to see which external users are in our Qualtrics. 

In the perfect situation we would like to see who external user is and who invited this person. So that we can put responsibility (delete when necessary) on this user and help remind them. 

My question is how do other universities/schools handle this and what are your agreements/processes for collaborating in Qualtrics with external?
