maun Chart Expo's Sankey diagrams look like a good bet. I've seen people do similar things in Tableau and PowerBI, all of which offer some interesting templates. There's a Web data connector to Tableau if you have access to that, so I would suggest trying it first -- and you can also download the Qualtrics data into Excel and work with it in PowerBI.
