Hi everyone. If I have a survey made up of several NPS score and satisfaction based questions, is there any feature within Qualtrics that will take said set of questions and provide an overall NPS rating for the customer? For example, based on the answers provided by the user for various satisfaction based questions, is this person an overall promoter, passive, or detractor of Company XYZ?

Hi, I have a question that's on a scale of 1-7. However, when i add a statistical table - the min value displays as 8 and max as 14. They should be 1 and 7 respectively. Not sure what's wrong and what I can do to fix it. Any help appreciated. Thanks!

I created a new bucket variable based off of a current variable. However, I'd like to "unbucket" this variable now and I'm not sure which steps to take? Also, if Integrations isn't the right place for StatWing questions, please let me know where to place them. Thanks!

Is there a way to import that custom fields and embedded data fields into StatIQ? I have so many that would need to be recreated and some embedded fields which are impossible to recreate.

Hi all, it doesn't look like I can use any embedded data fields or custom fields in statIQ. Is that right? If so, what is the work around? Thanks

Hi, Whoever can help me will be very much appreciated. I'm trying to compare the survey responses between two groups. I've only created one survey (to be sent to Group A) and I am about to create the second (for Group B). My school doesn't have a software license for Qualtrics. Can I set up the second survey (to be sent to Group B) and do a comparison within this free account?

I'm running a regression in Stats iQ and I don't understand my diagnostic plots. What do the residual and Q-Q plots show?
