Brand Administration
- Retention Rules: Set a brand-wide policy for how long Qualtrics stores survey response data. Every 24 hours, survey responses older than the configured threshold will be deleted. Exceptions can be set to allow individual surveys to have a different retention period.
- Navigating Dashboards on the Projects Page: Update to how CX dashboards are displayed on the Projects page. CX projects can now be expanded to show all dashboards within the project directly from the Projects page.
- Spotlight Insights (CX): A straightforward report that highlights which of your customer segments scored above or below average in their response to key metrics of your choice.Data & Analysis
- EX25 XM Solution: New XM solution for establishing a baseline for employee engagement programs.
- Expiration links for SMS (EX): You can now set expiration dates on the links sent through SMS (text messages).
- Dynamics Response Mapping & Web to Lead: Update to the Microsoft Dynamics task interface. No changes in feature functionality.
- Hubspot Extension: Cosmetic changes for the Hubspot task in workflows. No changes to functionality.
- Managing Extension Domains: Allows Brand Admins to determine what domains certain third party extensions can connect to.
- Salesforce Response Mapping: Cosmetic changes for Salesforce response mapping. No changes to functionality. Customers will be migrated to the new experience over the coming months. New customers will have the new experience enabled by default.
- Free Accounts: Can now export data. Free accounts will be deleted after 13 months of inactivity, but we will send reminder emails leading up to this time, and logging in resets this timer.
- Message Automations: New option when setting up message automations. Allows you to update invited counts in the dashboard as messages are sent.
- Results Table Visualization: This table now shows line breaks in feedback by default. This feature is included in 360, survey reports, and more.
- Solicit Reviews Question: A new question type that makes it easier than ever to solicit reviews for popular apps like Google Reviews, Facebook, G2, and more.
- Digital Feedback vs. CustomerXM for Digital: Website / App Feedback has been split into Digital Feedback and CustomerXM for Digital. Digital Feedback offers an introduction to Website / App Feedback, and limits the number of intercepts you can create, as well as offering limited targeting logic and creative types.
- Website / App Feedback Statistics: Website Feedback “clicks” will now increment when a website visitor interacts with the intercept. Previously, a click was incremented when the survey loaded, regardless if the respondent clicked it or not. Additionally, starting May 2022, Page View, Impression and Click metrics will only show data for the past 2 years.
- Anomaly Detection Events: You can now build workflows based on anomalous behavior (spikes/drops) in the response counts of your surveys.
- Google Sheets Task Updates: In addition to adding data to a Google Sheet, the Google Sheets task can now be used to look up data within an existing Google Sheet. This data can be used in subsequent workflow tasks.
- Managing Existing Workflows: Update to workflows management. You can now enable, disable, or delete workflows in bulk.
- Microsoft Teams Task: The UI for creating Microsoft Teams tasks in the workflows tab has been updated.
- Scheduled Workflows: Update to scheduled workflows, adding ability to set start and stop dates. Scheduled workflows created before this update will be set to run immediately and never stop by default, but they can be edited to include start/stop dates.
- Workflows: Update to editing workflows, including access to run history, revision history, notification settings, and sharing settings directly while editing a workflow.
- File Import Sources for Contact Automations: The list of supported ciphers for SFTP sources has changed.
- Migrating from Contacts to XM Directory: Beginning April 1, 2022, all brands utilizing the Contacts platform will be migrated to XM Directory Lite.
- Mutually Exclusive Contact Frequency Rules: New option added for contact frequency rules in XM Directory that allows users to create a custom rule that ignores and overrides existing directory rules.
- Region Specific Certified Questions: Region specific demographic questions are now available when adding certified questions to a survey. Data collected from these questions is automatically mapped back to XM Directory.
- XM Directory: Updated Search: New search criteria to filter contacts within XM Directory. Users can now search contacts by contact activity, survey completion, invite sent status, and number of mailing lists.
- Well-being at Work Solution: The Well-being at Work Solution is a pre-built engagement program that allows you to understand and take action on employee and team well-being within your organization.
- Audience Management Program: New XM Solution to help users create and manage their own panel of respondents.
- In-Product Dynamic Help Window: A new window within the product that allows you to access help resources all in one place, including searching support articles, navigating to other resources, and contacting support.
- Participant Options (360): You can now limit the ability for an evaluator to decline nominations based on their relationship to the subject. For example, an evaluator can deny a nomination from a peer, but not a manager.
- Multiple Data Sources in New 360 Reports: Data sources in 360 report visualizations can be reordered.
