RECENT UPDATES | RELEASED ON OR BEFORE September 30, 2021

Workflows

• Marketo Task: Updates to the Marketo task, including a Create or Update a Marketo lead task to create or update a Marketo lead based on a survey response or other Qualtrics data.



PX



• Idea Screening: Updates to the Idea Screening XM Solution, including new best practice recommendations, redesigned widget labels, and a UX refresh.



CoreXM



• SMS Distributions: When sending SMS distributions through API, you can now specify a date and time for the survey links to expire. 


• Anonymous Links: The process of getting an anonymous link is now accessible wherever you go to get it, from the Distributions tab or when first publishing a survey.



Engagement



• Mapping Org Hierarchy Units: Now you can automatically map multiple past hierarchies together. In addition, the user interface for mapping has been refreshed. This feature will begin gradually rolling out September 8, 2021. It will be finished rolling out to all eligible customers by October 8, 2021.


• Spotlight Insights (EX): Update to spotlight insights, with new ability to generate insights relative to an org hierarchy unit instead of the organization overall.

XM Platform



• Projects Page: The projects page has been redesigned with better file management, organization, and visual design to make it easier to find, organize, and manage your projects and programs.


• Homepage: The first page you see when logging in. Provides a holistic view of your projects and XM ecosystem, making it easier to take action or dive deeper.



Workflows



• Import Salesforce Report Data Task: New task in actions to import data from a Salesforce report; for example, importing a report of recently closed support cases to send follow-up surveys.


• Sharing Workflows: Added ability to collaborate on workflows with other users within your Qualtrics license. When collaborating on a workflow, you can choose what level of access your collaborators have. This feature will begin gradually rolling out October 6 and may take some time before it reaches all customers.


• Workflows Based on XM Directory Segments: You can add conditions to your workflow based on segments that responded to your survey.



Dashboards



• Dashboard Translation Updates: For EX dashboards, you can now translate data mapper fields once per dashboard instead of multiple times per widget; you can also translate categories. For CX/BX/PX dashboards, you can now translate data mapper fields separately, meaning you can now translate dashboard page filters. This feature will begin gradually rolling out October 6 and may take some time before it reaches all customers.



Engagement
