404 returned from PUT command: suspect URL is culprit

Hi everybody,
I am redesigning a reporting system I created about 2 years ago (as many parts of the old system are deprecated). Part of this system incorporates an API that uses a PUT command to alter an embedded field in an earlier survey. When I ran it today it returned a 404 error, and I suspect there's something wrong in the URL field.
This is what I have now in the URL field: https://[our org ID].az1.qualtrics.com/API/v3/responses/${e://Field/FinalResponseID}
where FinalResponseID is a survey ID defined earlier in the flow. Does anyone see anything else glaringly wrong in the URL?
