Can I schedule to publish a survey?

Hello all,
I would like to publish one of my survey, to say, 5am next Monday or on specific date automatically. I am wondering if there is options for this or API code for this. I've been googling and reading but I could not find any. Thanks in advance! Stay strong and safe!

    Create Survey Version is an Qualtrics API which allow user to create version and publish the survey and here is the API page link.

    I don't think this is possible. Is there a way to accomplish this without the API? Would make life a lot easier.
