Unique Link Distribution to 1 Contact at a Time via API (without sample call)

Hello, I am trying to get a unique link out of Qualtrics to use in my own CRM platform using API calls.
We are using (1) import contact, (2) distribute via unique link and (3) get the link to insert it in the CRM.
The calls are working but, although I import only 1 contact/transaction at a time the links are generated to all the contacts / transactions in the mailing list and I need the distribution to run only to the 1 contact / transaction imported.
Two problems:
1) the first call doesn't seem to retrieve the ContactID
2) I don't seem able to insert this ContactID into the second and third call. It states that the parameter is not valid.
Is there a way to achieve this (without going through list sampling, since I don't have any information in which to base this sampling).
