I can only find the whole time duration after downloading the survey result. However, I have quantitative questions in block A, and questionnaire in block B. Is there any way I can get their time durations separately?

I suggest you to use the Timing question type in Qualtrics. You would need to add a Timing question at the end of each block (Block A and Block B). The Timing question is a hidden question used to time how long participants spend on a page of the survey. This way you can calculate the time spent on each block separately.
