How to eliminate duplicate values in the filter of dashboard

Hi Team,

I am encountering an issue with duplicate values appearing in the dashboard filters. For instance, the customer name is being displayed twice with the same name and spelling. Upon further analysis, I discovered that these values are stored in two different formats in data and analysis, as shown below. As a result, the dashboard is showing a separate count for each of these values, even though they refer to the same entity.

Could you please advise on how to merge these two values into one, so that the dashboard displays a combined count for both versions of the value.

Any suggestions to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Regards,
Nikeeta

Find the embedded data in your dashboard mapper

Then, assign the same recode values for two sources.

1. Use a Recode Mapping in the Dashboard

  • In the dashboard, navigate to Data Mapping and you can merge the duplicate values manually.
