When updating a survey data, the ticket is not updated.
Example:
Yes, “Region 1” was selected in the survey. The ticket shows “Region 1”. But if I update the data from the survey and select “Region 2”. The ticket will continue to show “Region 1”. The correct thing would be for the ticket to also be updated.
This creates a variation in the data obtained in the dashboard when comparing the page with data from the survey and in the ticket report.

Hi Joel, if you are manually changing the region in the data & analysis tab, then yes, the ticket data won’t be updated automatically.
You need to retake the response using retake link to automatically update the ticket data with the new survey data. For the same, you will need to setup a workflow task triggered by retake responses, which has a “update ticket data” task .
