Could anyone provide some clarification on how email is referenced in the Actions tab compared to XMD. We use to only have "Email" as the contact info but when the Actions tool was created some of our panel information was not being collected properly. We were told to use "RecipientEmail" but in XMD "Email" is used. Now my panel has both fields. If you select the advanced filter within XMD the contact info is "Email". I suppose my main question is when is RecipientEmail required to be used?

Thank you. I had asked support about this but no one seemed to have an answer and I didn't want to remove anything without knowing how the two pieces communicated.

Tonkatoy95 - I see the confusion here. 🙂
You should be only having the 'Email' contact field in your XMD for a contact. This email is used for distributions and the same field should be used in actions. When we pipe in the Panel field Recipient Email in actions, it points to this 'Email' contact field.
You can get rid of the RecipientEmail field from your XMD.
