Hi, I have a question on how to get an email every time a survey is completed, for a live survey I am fielding? Is this done thru workflows?
Sure, you can set up email notifications for every completed survey response using Qualtrics Workflows feature. Here's how:
1. Go to the "Workflows" tab in your project.
2. Click on "Create a new workflow".
3. Choose "Event-based" as the workflow type.
4. For the event, select "Survey response" and choose the survey you're interested in.
5. Click "Add a condition" if you want to specify any conditions for the email alert. If you want an email for every response, you can skip this step
6. Click on "Add a task", then choose "Email".
7. Fill in the "To", "From", "Subject", and "Message" fields for your email. You can personalize the message using piped text to include specific details from the survey response.
8. Click "Save".
Now, whenever someone completes a response for your survey, you'll get an email notification.
