I created a category for N/A and na comments, but it also categorized comments that merely contain the keywords N/A or na. Do you know if there is any approach or trick to generate only N/A comments?

You can create embedddd variable in survey to count number of words in the text field. And then add that as a filter to dashboard to exclude if word count is 1 or 2

You can use the "" so it only takes the words tha match exactly as written (variants of the word and misspellings will not be matched, but case differences will still be ignored)
