Hello:
I am trying to come up with a way to create a slider with two text labels "Does not resonate at all" to the left and "Extremely resonant" to the right. Behind the scenes would be a 5-point scale where 1 would be "Does not resonate at all" and 5 would be "Extremely resonant". 2,3,4 would be hidden.

You'll need a matrix question for this. Add a space for the one's in the middle

I assume is below is the structure you requested for

1.Add below style in Rich Content Editor in HTML tab
