Hello:
I am trying to come up with a way to create a slider with two text labels "Does not resonate at all" to the left and "Extremely resonant" to the right. Behind the scenes would be a 5-point scale where 1 would be "Does not resonate at all" and 5 would be "Extremely resonant". 2,3,4 would be hidden. 
I have uploaded a picture of the question.

You can achieve the same by doing below mentioned point:
1.Add below style in Rich Content Editor in HTML tab
- You can add the below setting in slider question
