I'm using Javascript to add a drop down list to a form field question. It's working fine for the most part -- it records my selected choice, and I can see my selected choice still if I use the Back button. However once my response is submitted, if I retake it the selected choice isn't there anymore. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. Below is the JS that I have on that question. Am I missing something? I'm also trying to make it read only on retake and I don't know if that's messing with it.
