Hello! My team is interested in collecting experience data from blogs that we run, but are receiving pushback on two points: 1) asking questions on a blog detracts from the overall experience and 2) the comments function on the blog removes the need for collecting user feedback.
One might respond to these points by suggesting that the survey can be delivered unobtrusively (for example, using a button invitation instead of a popup), and that while customers typically use comments to respond directly to content or points made on the blog, the larger points about navigability, usability, etc. are generally not addressed within comments.
Has anyone in XMPros successfully implemented surveys on their blogs? What have been the relevant use cases and arguments made in support of implementation? Thanks in advance!
