Qualtrics Website Feedback + SAP CDC

Hi,
If you set up the integration between SAP CDC and Qualtrics XM Directory:
Importing Contacts from the SAP Customer Data CloudIf later you put an intercept on a website where a user logs in with SAP CDC, can you then identify the customer within the survey, and use some of the user's data to personalize the survey?
Same question for Mobile app feedback, if you log in to the app via SAP CDC.
