Triggering a workflow from imported response data | XM Community

Hi, I made some changes to a workflow midway through fieldwork (I know...) which sends a subset of key survey responses to an email upon submission. I'd like to re-generate the early submission emails with the new workflow design. Does anyone know how this may be done retrospectively? I tried copying the survey and importing the response data from the original survey but this doesn't appear to trigger the workflow. Thanks for any advice or direction.

You can probably open retake links for the surveys submitted prior to when the update was made and resubmit; that should trigger the workflows.

Thanks Matthew, that would work and hadn’t thought of that. However the volume of responses, circa 1000, would make it unmanageable in this instance as that’s done on a case by case basis right? I can probably recreate outside of Qualtrics more efficiently if nothing emerges.

Correct, within Qualtrics, the retake links are generated one-by-one, so that would quickly become unmanageable.
Another member of the Community offered this solution for creating retake links in batches previously. I haven't tried it myself but maybe it would help your case.
