A participant on a contact list has reported that he could not start my survey. (I set authentication in the survey.) He received an error message: “You are not authorized to resume this session”, and claimed that he hasn’t started the survey successfully because he encountered this error when he first logged into Qualtrics. He tried a few more time, and still got the same message, even when he used InPrivate window.
The survey has been launched last Friday to 20+ people, so far this participant is the first one who reported the error.
Anyone has an idea to sort this out? Thanks a lot.
