Our New Experience Community is Live! 🎉

As we previously announced, our new Experience Community is here. All of the same content and functionality is still here, and we are so excited to present our new thought leadership Leaders Network “neighborhood” to everyone very soon.

Here’s how to navigate the new Experience Community 🤓

To find content from what used to be known as the XM Community, click on the navigation option called “Product Forum.” This is where you can find *all* historic (and new) XM Community content.

After clicking on the Product Forum button, you will land on the new Product Forum page, which has retained its content and layout.

Additionally, you can still find all of the historic XM Community categories in the top navigation menu under “Topics,” and you can still submit product feedback in the same way as before using the “Ideas” tab:

Finding topic categories and submitting product feedback remains the same

So, what’s the Leaders Network?

Qualtrics’ XM Pros community is joining forces with us here on this platform -- and our newly combined community is what is now known as the Experience Community! The XM Pros community is a global, free community for XM professionals who want to learn about XM, connect with their peers, and advance both their careers and the XM profession at large. XM Pros Community Leaders and Qualtrics thought leadership experts will be posting thought-provoking and informative questions, topics, and leading events.

To join the Leaders Network, use your existing Qualtrics account to log into the Community for the first time. On the registration page, you’ll be prompted to select if you wish to join the Leaders Network. Once an admin approves your account, you’re in!

Don’t have a Qualtrics account? You can create a free account by following the steps on this page. A free account can be used to then register for the Community.

Has anything changed with regard to how we post questions or get help from other members?

No! The core functionality of the Community remains the same. Nothing has been taken away; the only changes are additive in nature. For a more complete FAQ about the Experience Community changes, please read this post and comment with your questions.

@surrogate-key Can you please try again? I believe this was just a permissions error that is now sorted.

Clarification question for @Michael_Cooksey and @JamesScutt ,

it seems we now have 2 separate Thought Leadership groups/places to post. If they’re different perhaps an idea to clarify the distinction. If not, otherwise an idea to merge & combine? Or did I maybe miss something ...😣

Hi @SteveBelgraver Thanks for asking this question! We are going to discontinue the Thought Leadership category on the Product Forum soon, and leave all the thought leadership for the Leaders Network side of the Community. I hope this helps!

Hey everyone,

I've just started exploring the new Experience Community and it looks really promising! I managed to subscribe to the category and set up email notifications, but I can’t seem to find a way to comment on any of the posts.

It might be user error (Code 18 😅), but I figured I’d ask - do you know how I can reply to a thread in that category?

Thanks in advance for your help!
