This month, in the spirit of International Wellness Day, we're celebrating the habits, rituals, and little things that help us feel our best. Wellness looks different for everyone, so share yours and let’s help each other feel good!

Choose one way to contribute this month:

Share Your Favorite Wellness Tip

Post a meal, habit, routine, or tip that helps you recharge, feel balanced, or take better care of yourself.

Recommend a Resource

Share a book, podcast, or mantra centered on wellbeing, mental health, or personal growth and tell us how it's made a difference for you.

Ask a Thoughtful Question

Post a question that sparks meaningful conversation around wellness, self-care, or building healthier habits.

Step Away (Yes, Really)

Put the screen down. Take a breath, stretch, walk around, whatever feels good. When you're back, just comment "I took a well-deserved break” (how else am I going to award you your 50 points 😉)

During the first week of each month, we will post a new question, topic, or activity for you to connect with the community and earn a badge. All community members who contribute a thoughtful comment to this month's discussion, between April 1 and April 30, will receive this badge worth 50 points by the end of the month.

Wellness Tip - Meal prep!  It takes a little more time up front but ensures I always have healthy options to take to work and ultimately makes the mornings go faster when I’m getting ready.

Wellness Read - Can’t Hurt Me by David Goggins

Big thank you to Austin, my personal trainer for both of these tips as they have been life changing.

My favorite wellness tip, especially for those working from home: Go outside for 5-10 minutes. It’s super simple, takes very little time, and makes a huge impact!
