Preston Donohoo is an Implementation Manager at Red Pepper with seven years of experience leading Qualtrics implementations across more than three dozen industries. Certified in both Customer Experience (CX) and Employee Experience (EX), Preston has deep expertise in healthcare, education, and government verticals. He brings extensive knowledge of Qualtrics integrations like Salesforce, advanced platform features like TextIQ, and modern survey methodologies including 360 feedback surveys. At Red Pepper, Preston leads the implementation team and is known for his client responsiveness and ability to deliver high-impact solutions for large, strategic accounts.
