I have completed the learning journey “Qualtrics Platform Essentials Certification Journey L1”. Now I’d like to purchase the certification exam by paying the required amount. On completion of this learning course, this webpage appears for purchasing the exam - https://basecamp.qualtrics.com/xm-essentials-certification-exam. However this web page for exam purchase is not responding. There are no errors, but the link to purchase is not responding. I am not able to purchase the exam from this website. How can I make this purchase and appear for the certification exam?
