Thanks, SamG ! Any news on insights or benchmarks that BAH may have developed to date?

Hey AdamK12! Great question. We spoke with our Federal partnership lead and unfortunately we do not have benchmarks from BAH to share at this time. Concerning new insights, this article from BAH provides a nice snapshot into more details on how BAH is working with Q on improving rec.gov, which was also mentioned in the press release with BAH.

SamG Thanks very much for this -- that's interesting reporting from BAH. From my perspective, the most relevant public-sector findings/recommendations are 1) to look beyond the agency organization and that government is developing solutions that integrate across agencies and 2) (a related point) to develop solutions that make sense from a user perspective that are not necessarily based in how the agency or sub-agency is organized. This is a point that I try to make within my organization, but as you could imagine it is harder to operationalize because those elements of organization and development are hard-wired into the resources that we support.
I do also hope that benchmarks are being contemplated and developed, because when I share our CX measures, the first question that I receive is, "how do we compare to other Federal agencies? Is this a 'good' score or a 'bad' score?".
Thanks again for all your work here and for the conversation-- I'm glad that this part of the community has been spun up!
