Sometimes it can be difficult to drive awareness and adoption of Qualtrics on your campus. Below are a few ways some universities have had success in driving adoption on their campuses. This post is in reference to a previous webinar, which can be found here.

  1. Create a “Qualtrics Board” - a network of Qualtrics experts at your university to reduce the workload for just one person and/or leverage different perspectives
  2. Share Training Resources - Share this link with them: Looking for a little Qualtrics help?
  3. Send a Campus Email Campaign
  4. Create a Qualtrics Landing Page on your institution's website
    • Drive engagement to the landing page:
      • Launch a Campus Press Release
      • Post QR codes across campus
  5. Host an On-Campus Qualtrics Day to share training and strategic goals
  6. Equip your Users with the Right Features

How have you had success with driving adoption on campus?

Great post!  I know for our organization it has been a topic of interest on how to streamline our oversight.  We are meeting next week to discuss, I am very thankful to have these resources available.
